Connecting the dots:
Literacy and home, school, community, the world!
3 - 4 September 2021
Durban, KZN and online
Our annual conference is going to look a little different in 2021. We have decided to run the conference over two days (Friday and Saturday). And, in light of the change in the school calendar for 2021, we have shifted the conference slightly earlier than previously advertised. It will now take place on 3 and 4 September 2021 in Durban.
We will be offering a hybrid conference in 2021, which will be a combination of in-person and online formats. Delegates who wish to attend the conference in person will join us in Durban for the full two days. Please note that there is a maximum of 100 places available and capacity is dependent on governmental regulations regarding gatherings. Strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols will be observed.
Online delegates will join us via Crowdcast for livestreaming of the Friday afternoon session and Saturday morning session.
Exciting news! We are introducing a new category of presentation this year: snapshots. Teachers, NGO representatives and community organisations, this is your chance to shine! Take a look at the call for papers for more information.
